I used the fact that I made pork chops (ew ew ew ew ew) for the husband to whip up 6-servings of mashed potatoes and some peas. "Aw, you don't want any mashed potatoes? What. A. Waste." I did my best to sound disappointed. No sooner was his car down the driveway (to go to MBA class) then that heap of 'taters and peas was in a bowl with pools of Smart Balance.... because that's how I roll.
