*Update: I edited and rewrote the note pictured below because it annoyed me with its redundancy and “you” “you” “you” references. The note is essentially the same, just more concise and reader friendly. Alas, I was too lazy to take a picture of the new note, so you’ll have to imagine it in your heads while looking at the old one.*
Budget Rental Cars responded to a complaint letter I mailed 2 weeks ago. In the response, the Customer Service rep said he was enclosing a discount coupon, but of course it wasn’t enclosed. Such is my life. I responded and here, in all its glory, is my actual note. It’s short, to the point, and informal.
You know you love me, Budget, so send me the promised certificate and stop toying with me!

There you go again with those mad photoshopping skillz!
OMG you use IE?
@pan: WTF is IE ? (and why are we writing in secret code? and is IE bad? i surely don’t want something fatal.)

IE = Internet Explorer = Yucky in the eyes of many.

You are awesome. I’m sure that I would have just let it go. But I would have fumed about it for months.
jessey – My inner psychotherapist tells me that that wouldn’t really be letting it go, would it now?
Good thing I keep her bottled up; isn’t she annoying?
