Look how busy I was this weekend! No apple picking or pumpkin carving for yrs. truly. Instead, I was trapped up in the guest bedroom transforming it into MY room.
Here’s what Husban-dito and I did with paint, blood, sweat, and (many) tears (mine).
Next, built cubbies to organize all my ‘creative’ stuff– sewing stuff, scrapbooking stuff, card making supplies, and more…and now it’s all orderly. Next week we’ll get new closet doors (white), bamboo mini-blinds, and a few other accessories and the room will be done.
On Saturday I dashed off to the post office and found a wonderful surprise in my postbox: a book from Dishy! It’s a ‘couples’ book, complete with questions and fill-ins. It promises to be ooodles of fun and I’ll post more about it later in the week. Thanks, Dish!

You are so organised! I love it. Everything has a place! Shame about the tears though! I had a few myself this weekend but they were tears of joy! I’ll explain the next time I blog (and I’ll show you the tear-jerking pic!) Anyhoo, I’m sorry I’ve been a rubbishy blog friend of late! I’m going to try harder to organise my time….wonder if your little boxes will help me?
