Husban-dito and I have always wanted a classic car and, if all goes well with the mechanical inspection this week, we will be the gleeful owners of a 1969 Cadillac Fleetwood! It has plenty of room for groceries or for a quick trip to IKEA, and we can’t wait to take it over to Sonic for Lime Slushies!
This vehicle really suits us–it’s totally quirky, a little spooky, a bit weird, and definitely a conversation starter! Here she is:
Want to take a ride with us???
Don’t worry, we won’t make you ride in the back…
Unless you’re absolutely dying to!

LMAO! Oh. Wow. You guys are too much.
Okay, the Bam Bam Bigelow paint job has got to go.
i was campaigning for a sparkly pink paint job with a Hello Kitty motif, but Husban-dito isn’t on board with that plan.
That ride is SO PIMP!! Love the paint job.
RIGHT?!?!? we can’t wait to cruise to IKEA! who needs a truck???
OMG!
I saw a personal use hearse just yesterday and thought is was pretty cool-it didn’t have the awesome flame paint job though(which I find very fitting I must say!). Who needs a truck indeed!
C’MON – this is a JOKE, RIGHT??!
oh, no. we are DEAD serious.
….but does it go any more than 8 mph?
The flames just make it all the more awesome.
You guys are nuts!
A couple years back, we passed by the hearse from ‘Pimp My Ride’… the guy worked down the street from our apartment! It was pretty crazy.
Have fun with your new wheels!
i’m sure husban-dito would love for x-hibit (or whatever his name is) to get ahold of this vehicle. we could have a waterfall or coffee maker installed…lol.
Xzibit
Only you two
you have your Porsche. we have our hearse.
No. Way.
way.
OTT and blooming brilliant! I want one! If you get tired when driving you just pull over and SLIDE in the back!
Yo Curly! You back from VT yet?? PS: Did you drive the death car?
I cant totally picture it. You and Ant driving around town in that, have fun.
That is definitely creepy, and definitely cool (or should I say “cold”)! If you are serious, you’ve got guts–I would not want to drive one of those, especially alone at night!
Looks vintage. Can’t judge the book by it’s cover so I assume it does run well and works the way it needs to. It is a head turner in a positive way. my dad had some old cars in he loved them . the captions made me smile!
Arizona plates, Arizona mountains; do you need someone to drive it back east? Bunny and I once lived in a funeral home for a short period of time, so this would be a piece of cake.
